Be BEWAKOOF! Not just your basic Denim Jeans and T-shirt!

One of India’s leading casual wear brands, BEWAKOOF is what I will be talking about today! Being exceedingly popular with the youth, the brand follows the philosophy, “A Bewakoof follows his heart, regardless of society’s resistance and rules!” They completely resonate with their target audience and offer a wide range of up-to-date fashion for Him as well as for Her. You’ll find classics as well as the latest trends, only better with a Bewakoof twist! Be it any season, they have the widest variety of Bright colors, neutrals, print and lot more at incredible prices!

I’ll have to be honest, when I was to make a choice of what to pick for the shoot, I had a really tough time. I had shortlisted over 30 top wear and 11 bottom wear and then I had to further narrow it to one each. What I chose from their collections was a stone grey, full sleeves, round neck t-shirt called ‘The Alter Ego’ What I love about this particular piece is that it kinda resonates with my personality. As in my mechanical engineer background and the menswear blog are two complete opposite sides of me. Plus I really liked the graphic print and the depiction of the alter ego. To go with it, I went for a light blue pair of soft wash denim jeans /joggers with ribbed detailing around the knee called 'The Alaskan Blue Denim Joggers'. It’s a very subtle piece but the detailing makes it interesting. All in all, this piece, I think can be very well dressed up or even dressed down because of the simplicity and detail.
Coming to the outfit that I put together! So basically I paired the stone grey t-shirt with the light blue joggers. To dress it up a little, I opted for a navy shawl neck jacket with wooden toggles. What the jacket does is that it elevates the look from a casual wear to a little more high street. For accessories I chose a pair of deep red snake skin effect slip on shoes to add a pop of colors to the outfit as the rest of the outfit is light blue, stone grey and navy. Also I went ahead and added a beige messenger bag and a pair of classic wayfarer sunglasses and a metallic wrist watch to finish it off and achieve that high street look.
